If your order is shipped on a Friday and you pay for overnight shipping, We will ship the product on Saturday. By request only, subject to approval.
If you are sending an item back for an exchange, you must first request an RMA number for your package. You can do so by contacting us by phone or email at 410-730-7919 or monicajewelers03@gmail.com. Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Monica Jewelers is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number.
